General Rules

  • All registered final-year students with no active backlog are eligible for the recruitment process.
  • Unplaced students can apply to as many companies as possible.
  • Off-campus placed students must share the company's contact details with MRCRC for verification and communication.
  • Once applied, students cannot roll back their decision — apply only with full conviction of attending the interview. Consult faculty mentors/MRCRC for JD clarity before applying.
  • Formals are mandatory; students must reach the venue half an hour early. Late arrivals may not be permitted to sit in the process.
  • Decorum and discipline must be maintained. Indiscipline may lead to debarment from the placement process by Dean Academics/MRCRC.
  • Students must join the organization on the given date; failure may attract disciplinary action. All university dues must be cleared before joining.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Guidelines

  • Attendance must be greater than 75% (previous/ongoing semester).
  • All fees must be fully paid and registration completed.
  • Students must submit a monthly report from their employer to MRCRC.
  • To obtain an NOC, students must provide:
    • A photocopy of the offer letter.
    • A signed application from their HOD/Coordinator.
  • For off-campus placements, NOC will be issued only after company verification.
