General Rules
- All registered final-year students with no active backlog are eligible for the recruitment process.
- Unplaced students can apply to as many companies as possible.
- Off-campus placed students must share the company's contact details with MRCRC for verification and communication.
- Once applied, students cannot roll back their decision — apply only with full conviction of attending the interview. Consult faculty mentors/MRCRC for JD clarity before applying.
- Formals are mandatory; students must reach the venue half an hour early. Late arrivals may not be permitted to sit in the process.
- Decorum and discipline must be maintained. Indiscipline may lead to debarment from the placement process by Dean Academics/MRCRC.
- Students must join the organization on the given date; failure may attract disciplinary action. All university dues must be cleared before joining.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) Guidelines
- Attendance must be greater than 75% (previous/ongoing semester).
- All fees must be fully paid and registration completed.
- Students must submit a monthly report from their employer to MRCRC.
- To obtain an NOC, students must provide:
- A photocopy of the offer letter.
- A signed application from their HOD/Coordinator.
- For off-campus placements, NOC will be issued only after company verification.
Placement Day Requirements
- 2 copies of the updated resume.
- 2 passport-size photographs.
- All relevant certificates and testimonials (2 photocopies).
- Government-issued photo ID proof (original & photocopy).
- A copy of project/training reports and certifications.
- An executive folder to carry all documents.
- A notepad and pen/pencil.
- University ID card must be carried at all times.
- Formal attire is mandatory.
- Punctuality and sincerity throughout the process.
- Physical presence is required.
