Placement Process

Company Registration / Invitation Companies register or are invited by MRCRC for campus recruitment

Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) Company representatives brief students about the organization and roles

Student Registration Eligible students register for the specific recruitment drive

Resume Screening / Shortlisting Applications reviewed; qualified candidates shortlisted

Aptitude Test / Online Test Shortlisted candidates appear for written/online assessments

Group Discussion If Applicable Evaluates communication, teamwork and critical thinking

Technical Interview If Applicable Domain-specific technical knowledge assessment

General Rules

  • All registered final-year students with no active backlog are eligible to participate in the recruitment process.
  • Unplaced students can apply to as many companies as possible.
  • Off-campus placed students must share the company's contact details with the MRCRC for verification and communication purposes.
  • Once applied, students are not allowed to roll back their decision. Students are advised to apply with utmost conviction. Consult faculty mentors or MRCRC for clarity about JD before applying.
  • Students shall be strictly in formals during the recruitment process and must reach the venue 30 minutes before the specified time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to sit in the process.
  • Students shall maintain decorum and discipline during the recruitment. Indiscipline may lead to debarment from the placement process by Dean Academics / MRCRC.
  • The student must join the organisation on the given date. Failing to do so may attract disciplinary action. All university dues must be cleared before joining.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Attendance must be greater than 75% (previous / on-going semester)
  • All fees must be fully paid and registration completed
  • Students must submit a monthly report from their employer to MRCRC

Documents Required

  • A photocopy of the offer letter
  • A signed application from HOD / Coordinator
  • For off-campus placements, NOC issued only after company verification
