An industrial visit was organised for the MBA students of Maharishi School of Business Management, in collaboration with the Maharishi Ramayan Corporate Resource Centre, to SLMG Beverages Coca-Cola (Amrit Bottlers Pvt. Ltd.), Ayodhya on 13 May 2026 (Wednesday). A total of 70 students participated in the visit, which aimed to provide practical exposure to industrial operations and management practices, and to connect classroom learning with real-world manufacturing processes.
SLMG Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is one of the bottling partners of Coca-Cola in Ayodhya. Amrit Bottlers Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing, bottling, packaging, and distribution of Coca-Cola products, using advanced technology and strict quality and safety standards.
Students toured several departments including the Water Treatment Plant, Bottle Manufacturing and Cleaning Section, Beverage Mixing and Filling Unit, Packaging and Labeling Department, Quality Control Laboratory, and Warehousing and Distribution Section. Company officials explained the full production cycle, covering quality testing, safety measures, packaging, and distribution, and interacted with students on industrial management practices and operational efficiency.
The visit gave students practical insight into production and operations management, supply chain and logistics, quality control systems, inventory and warehouse management, and the importance of industrial safety standards, teamwork, and workplace discipline — significantly enriching their managerial and professional understanding.
Students described the visit as informative and memorable, praising the cooperative and knowledgeable staff, the disciplined and systematic management, and the cleanliness and safety standards maintained throughout the plant.
