Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ramayana Vishwavidyalaya, Ayodhya organized a “7-Days Training Program for Female Students – Employability Skill Training Program” from 1 April to 14 April 2026 at the Meditation Hall, MMYRV. The programme was organized by the MMYRV Placement Cell in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom and Naandi Foundation.
The primary objective of the training programme was to enhance employability skills among female students and prepare them for professional careers. The programme focused on developing communication and interpersonal skills, self-awareness, confidence building, workplace readiness, digital identity, financial literacy, workplace ethics, and placement preparation.
The first day of the programme included sessions on self-awareness, body language, and communication skills. Students learned about individuality, confidence building, and the importance of effective verbal and non-verbal communication. The session also introduced participants to the 7 C’s of communication for impactful interaction.
On the second day, students participated in sessions related to goal setting, time management, health awareness, and job opportunities. Interactive activities such as the Time Wheel, Priority Matrix, and self-assessment exercises helped students improve productivity and personal planning skills.
The third day focused on workplace communication and financial literacy. Students were trained in group discussion skills, professional email writing, money management, budgeting, and financial planning. An Interview Preparation Booklet was also distributed to support career readiness.
During the fourth day, sessions were conducted on professional ethics, critical thinking, and project presentation skills. Students learned about ethical workplace behavior, logical decision-making, and effective presentation techniques that strengthened their professional confidence.
The fifth day included sessions on digital identity, group presentation, and conflict management. Participants learned the importance of maintaining a professional online presence and developed teamwork and leadership skills through group activities.
On the final day, students received training in interview preparation, problem-solving, and placement readiness. The programme concluded with a certificate and trophy distribution ceremony conducted by Dean Academics Dr. Reeta Jaiswal, who appreciated the active participation and enthusiasm of the students.
The training programme proved highly beneficial in enhancing students’ employability skills, confidence, communication abilities, and professional readiness. The initiative successfully prepared participants to face future career challenges and placement opportunities with greater confidence and competence.
